Today's workout kicked my ass. Here it is:

CHEST
Century DB Incline Press - 1x100
SM Incline Chest Press - 1x12 1x10 1x8 1x6 1x4 1x25
DB Flye 3x10-15
Pec Deck 3x10-15
DB Pullover 2x10

BACK
Century Cable Row - 1x100
Pulldown - 1x12 1x10 1x8 1x6 1x4 1x25
Reverse Pec Deck - 3x10-15

LEGS (superset)
Machine Leg Extension 4x8-10
Machine Calf Raise 4x15-20

ABS (squeeze abs for 25s between sets)
Rope Crunch - 4x25
Leg Raise - 4x15

Aspired for failure at the end of most chest/back sets. 75m total with 5m treadmill warmup. Still feeling the centuries.
